SelskabsAdvokaterne's services include advice on capital injections in the form of venture capital from venture companies, business angels and investment funds; convertible loans and guarantees from e.g. the Danish Fund for Industrial Growth, commercial and savings banks and investment funds; leasing and factoring; and mortgage loans.

We also advise business owners, investors and lenders on general banking and financing issues, including the legal position of financial institutions, security and financial instruments.
